Margherita Caminita, is a 77 years old italian lady who moved to
Bedford (United Kingdom), in the 1990. She is a near miss victim of the
BEDFORDSHIRE HOLOCAUST SCHEME
and is currently being kept prisoner by Bedfordshire County Council
as they fear that she could speak out against them.
Moreover, Margherita,
who is an italian citizen, has also been
betrayed and abandoned by her own country.
In a covert telephone conversation,
occurred on August the 21st. 2000, Margherita, amongst other interesting
things, clearly said where she really wants to be living at, what she really wants to do and whom she wants to stay with. Furthermore, she said what she thinks about
the people manning the italian Vice-Consulate in Bedford and what they are doing to her.
It is to be regarded as a pure miracle if we managed for once to get through to
Margherita on the telephone, by pretending of being local priests.
(One could wonder what kind of business might the Roman Catholic Church
entertain
with these criminals !)
Furthermore, Margherita's strong wish of going back to her home and family has always been very known
to Bedfordshire County Council and we have their own statement to prove it !
Here below, You will find a chronological and well referenced account
of all the efforts we have made and still are making to put an end to her seclusion.
In March 1998 Margherita got trapped in what we rightly call the " Bedfordshire Holocaust Scheme" .
Bedfordshire County Council and its associates have attempted to get rid of
Margherita just like they did with many other "difficult" elderly patients
who were only guilty of dissipating a lot of resources. Their attempt to enfeebling
Margherita to death has failed, as Margherita's relatives have promptely detected what was going
on and took the appropriate steps to countervail the effects of the denutrition, dehydration and lack of physioteraphy .
In April 1998 Margherita's only son, Mr. Francesco Errante
has started a lawsuit against the NHS Trust directly involved in enfeebling her
while holding her against her own will by exploitation of the Mental Health Act. In the meantime,
he has also made an appeal to the Mental Health Review Tribunal to free his
mother and required Bedfordshire on Sunday, a well known regional newspaper,
to go and pay a covert visit to her where she was being kept. That is MILTON WARD in the basement of the WELLER WING building, within the Bedford General Hospital site.

At that time, Bedfordshire on Sunday newspaper was watching Bedfordshire County
Council very closely. The newspaper had, infact, received a tip-off saying that Beds.County
Council was having secret talks with "Care First"
with a view to hand them over the running of their residential and care homes, in what
was reported as being a 90 million Pound deal. Bedfordshire On Sunday, had also found
out that the deal, with Dr.Patel owned Care First, had been delayed as Care First was it-self
being taken over by the BUPA Health Care Group.
On May the 1st.1998, a Bedfordshire on Sunday reporter and a photographer
reached Margherita as Francesco managed to smuggling them inside
the ward pretending that they were two cousins of his. On that occasion they have taken a couple of pictures of
Margherita inside Milton Ward and witnessed Margherita dictating and signing a
proxy to Francesco
After having interviewed a spokesman for the NHS Trust, Bedfordshire on Sunday has published a large article on
Margherita's ordeal, perhaps, contribuiting to save her life.
MUM IMPRISONED BY DOCTORS - May the 12th. 1998 -
Bedfordshire County Council and the NHS Trusts involved must have got really pissed-off
with Mr. Errante and desperate to try and discrediting him by any means. Since they couldn't find
anything wrong with him, have decided of fabricating something
from scratch
them-selves with a little help from Bedfordshire Police !
Notwithstanding their alligations, Mr.Errante was given UNCONDITIONAL BAIL and so their first plan to stopping him
from saving his mother failed and the risk of having
Margherita in Court to testify was getting
greater and greater !
Bedfordshire County Council, deviced therefore a new trap to definitely knocking Mr. Errante off the game by
buying the "services" of an highly corrupt individual, namely EILEEN NICHOLL, an interpreter, who made some more and even less credible accusations against Mr. Errante
Although, they tried it hard, their attempt to permanently getting rid of Mr.Errante
has failed and things were not looking good for them either.
In January 1999, The Times newspaper could no longer
ignore what was going on and breaks the news to the entire world about the police
visits to several hospitals, due to the suspicious hospital deaths of 50 Elderly in
Britain.
In March 1999, the legal battle to free Margherita, expanded to Italy
as well. Francesco travels to Italy seeking help from the italian Foreign
Office.

REGRETTABLY, though, NO-THING out of what the italian Foreign Office had promised
in its letters has ever taken place.
In May 2000, Francesco has found out about
NHS-Exposed and scrambled to require their intervention . Soon after,
the NHS-Exposed doctors started attempting to gain access to Margherita in order
to investigate his claims.
In January 2001, prompted by the NHS-Exposed claims against the Bedfordshire
Social Services and moved by Margherita's own voice recording,
Bedfordshire on Sunday newspaper has again covered the developments of this
sad story.

Unfortunately, no access to Margherita has ever been granted
to NHS-Exposed nor to anyone else, while many interesting things have come to light both side
of the English Channel and many still are on their way!
Astonishingly, all the major UK Charities supposed to have an interest in the
protection of the elderly have denied their assistance and we have their letters
to prove it : AGE CONCERN ,
HELP THE AGED.
MIND, a prime UK Mental Health Charity, has surpriced us no end.
Laughable too is the reply by the
MENTAL HEALTH COMMISSION. Needlessly to say it, they have taken no action either .
In February 2001, Mr. Errante has resorted to the
italian justice system to freeing his mother but the italian justice establishment has deemed the matter as being outside its own jurisdiction, something on which Mr.Errante's lawyers disagree.
The italian Foreign Office too, namely the "Ministero per gli Affari Esteri" has finally been taken to Court for misconduct and collusion.
Some other italian offices have also been caught red handed and referred to the Court as well. We will report on that as soon as we get some news.
On June the 7th. 2001 Margherita Caminita's matter finally lands on the European Court for the Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Great Britain is infact accused of a catalogue of human rights abuses against Margherita and her family.
Further still into the year 2001, Dr.Rita Pal has published the
outcome of the
NHS-Exposed enquiry into this matter.
We can now disclose that a Forensic Report
compiled by a leading british Expert, has been obtained by NHS-Exposed on behalf of
Mr.Francesco Errante, from which it appears that the alligations against him
do NOT stand while his defence stands.
Following the changes in the italian political arena, brought in June 2001 by
the latest political elections, a couple of renewded appeals have also been made
to the controvertial new head of the italian government
(perhaps he knows that we are anti-fascist folks! Moreover, he wants to sell off the
italian public health service too.) and to the recently instituted
"Ministry for the italians abroad" (it couldn't be better appropriated if only
that one was its real purpose!).
NONE of them has replied to us .
Even the President of the Italian Republic ,
Mr.CIAMPI has not responded.
In November 2001, a major change has been made to the rules governing how the Italians vote. The change in the law
has made now possible for all the italians permanently residing abroad to express their vote without needing to travel
to Italy for doing so. This change has also brought along the introduction of an additional costituency, namely "la Circorscrizione Estero"
for which a total of 18 new seats have been created in the italian parliament. To be elegible to stand as a candidate of such a costituency,
a person on top of being an italian citizen, must have been residing abroad for at least 3 full years prior to his/her candidacy.
We thought, then, that no-one else could be aspiring to such places more than the current members of the
Italian Council of the Italians Abroad (C.G.I.E.) and that they would have been an advantage in standing as candidates
owing to their already well developed political connections.
We this concept in mind, we decided to approach the said C.G.I.E.
to find out what it was made of.
We have, therefore, notified each and every one of its 90 something members, about Margherita's case and have asked those
ones representing the italian community in the UK to ensure that proper acces be given to NHS-Exposed for the purpose of
visiting Margherita. Not only they have failed to ensure that NHS-Exposed had access to Margherita, they have also contributed
to reinforcing her isolation. We refer to: a) Mr.Marco Cereste, who has deeply rooted interests
in the british NHS and therefore couldn't run away from us any faster; b) Mr.Alberto Bertali, who couldn't do better than trying and discouraging Dr.Pal from getting involved and
when he realized to have failed in doing so, he started being abusive towards her; c) Mr.Lorenzo Losi, who even went to visit
Margherita to provide the Vice-Consul, Maria Lucia Corneli with his testimony and did nothing to help Margherita. Mr.Losi
has also prevented us from knowing where Margherita had just been transferred to.
All the other members, both from Italy and abroad, have made no comments at all, apart from Mr.Bruno Zoratto (Germany), who even got annoyed by our e-mail !
HOWEVER, WE DUTIFULLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE PRECIOUS ASSISTANCE
provided to us by the Secretary General of the C.G.I.E.,
Mr. Franco Narducci. It is, infact, thanks to Mr. Narducci's intervention that we
have uncovered yet another MAJOR DECEIT BEING ATTEMPTED by BEDFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
to the detriment of Justice.
February the 7th. 2002 : NEW ATTACK ON JUSTICE. Consul of Italy in Manchester, Marcello Cavalcaselle refused to legalize Dr. Rita Pal's
signature on her fresh Statement of Truth meant to reach the italian Courts.
March the 18th. 2002, the European Court of Human Rights has recognized that Mr.
Errante has grounds for his application. The Court will be dealing with Ms. Caminita's case shortly.
April the 24th. 2002, several MEPs have signed a PETITION to the European Parliament asking for the opening of an enquiry into the violations of Ms.Caminita's right to freedom and for the same to be up-held .

More than 4 years have gone by since Margherita got uprooted from her family
and regrettably we must advice You that She is still being held hostage by Bedfordshire
County Council and its associates, as they are determined to prevent her from saying anything
about the Bedfordshire Holocaust Scheme.
This is corruption at its best and elucidates the poor human rights record
which is a reflection on the entire European Union.
We wish to name & shame AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL for not even
acknowledging receipt of the papers we have sent to them, let alone doing anything
else to help!
We have handed a full set of papers over to their representative in Palermo, who
told us that those documents would have gone straight over to their Rome Offices and
have reasons to believe that Margherita's documents have safely reached the
Head Office of Amnesty International .
We firmly believe that any living being must be respected at any time and stage of its
life, hence we cannot ignore any form of human right abuse or crime against the Childrens,
the Animals and the Environment, which are, unsurprisingly, always committed taking
advantage of their fragility and impossibility to make them-selves heard.
We are here to help and give voice even to those who are now deceased !
